
Warranty
Our pre built system's carry a 3 year return to base warranty on hardware and 1 year warranty on workmanship. Please check the product description of each item to see what warranty period applies. Manufacturer's also often offer a longer warranty period which we are happy to help facilitate in the event of component failure outside of our warranty period.
Our Return to Base warranty covers all components in the event of failure.
Warranty Exclusions:
1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse, including but not limited to water damage, dropping the PC, or using it in extreme environments. This also includes exposure to excessive cigarette smoke and e-cigarette vapour.
2. Modifications or alterations to the PC that are not in line with normal PC use.
3. Use of non-approved components or accessories that were not specifically designed for the PC.
4. Normal wear and tear of the PC, including cosmetic damage or scratches.
5. Software issues or problems caused by viruses or other malicious software.
6. Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use, maintenance, and care of the PC.
7. Acts of God, including lightning strikes, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.
8. Damage caused by power surges or electrical problems.
9. Any damage caused during shipping or handling of the PC.
11. Loss of data, including but not limited to personal files, software programs, or other digital content.
Returns details
An item must be returned within 7 days from the date it was received for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@gosstech.co.nz with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of our receipt. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We strive to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Occasionally, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch your order.
You will receive a follow-up email once your order has been shipped.

We provide free shipping throughout New Zealand for all orders over NZD $1000.
Shipping Details
Our systems are shipped via tracked and insured delivery services such as NZ Post or Toll Freight. We take extra care by using Instafoam packaging to ensure that all components remain securely in place during transit.
Checking Your Order Status
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your order number, and we'll look into it. Alternatively, you can contact the freight company directly using the contact information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Pricing Policy
Pricing Policy
All prices quoted on our website are in NZ dollars and including GST. For promotional or sale prices they change from time to time. Customers will pay the price which was active at the time of purchase if the price gets lower after the purchase is completed no refund or price difference will be refunded. This also applies to all future orders which are awaiting delivery. Sale prices and promotions can change without notice.
